The Village runs from November 23 to December 24, 2023. 


What’s New in 2023 

This year, the Village introduces several exciting features: 

  • Illuminated Vendor Huts: Newly decorated with mesmerizing European-style market lights. 
  • Extended Nighttime Hours: Now open until 8 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. 
  • Vegan Wurst Wednesdays: Featuring vegan bratwurst and other vegan offerings in a ticketed culinary experience. 
  • New Beer Garden: Located at the North Broad section of City Hall, offering cozy open-air seating and a variety of beers.

The City Hall Skating Rink 

The rink, open daily including holidays through February 25, 2024, offers 90-minute skating sessions. Discounts are available for PATCO and SEPTA pass holders, Temple University staff, students, and on Thursday nights for all college students. The rink also features rentable penguin skate aids, lockers, and a sled for children and adults with disabilities. The Cabin nearby offers comfort foods, warm beverages, and cocktails with special happy hour promotions.
