Kick & Kore

Find your core! Ron uses kickboxing to help you strengthen and tone your body.

Mondays - 12 PM
Wednesdays - 6:00 PM



Time to get fit with HIIT! Eileen keeps you motivated through high intensity interval training that leaves you energized and empowered.

Mondays - 6 PM



The ultimate hybrid workout class, Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Tuesdays - 6 PM



Ashley will guide you through meditations that remove stress and leave you feeling relaxed and centered.

Thursdays - 6 PM


Aqua Bootcamp

Aqua Bootcamp leads participants through a rugged workout of sports drills, circuits and interval training. Using the properties of water, these exercises are designed to improve your strength and stamina. This class is on a first come basis. Space is limited.

Sundays - 9 AM



Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise.
